I grew up in Maryland before moving to Southern York County as a teenager. I am the proud mom of two amazing kids I have a beautiful Daughter born in 2005 and a handsome son born in 2009. I am married to an amazing man who works for a local hospital organization . He is my partner in all things life.

 

 I became a Hairstylist by chance based on a recommendation of my own stylist. I decided to go for it and discovered an ever growing passion.​I used to think I wanted to be a Chef, after some research and sitting in on a few classes I decided it was not the path for me. Then one day at one of my hair appointments my Stylist Mindy recommended I go to beauty school. Mindy said I always brought such creativity to my own appointments and that I should do hair myself. I took her advice and I thank God everyday that I did.​In 2012 I left the salon I was working at for 5 1/2 years to go to a larger salon. This is where my career really took off and I discovered who I was as a Stylist and an Artist. I jumped in with both feet and hit the ground running and haven't stopped since. My love for art, hair, and being creative came together in this industry. This makes the perfect environment for something amazing to happen. I enjoy customizing cuts, colors, or any type of look to make it fit every individual. Take that and sprinkle on the fact that I am a geek for all the latest color trends and we have an unstoppable passion.​

 

Now to most exciting and scary decision I ever made... 

In July of 2018 I decided to take a leap of Faith an become my own boss. I am now a salon owner with an amazing salon partner.. This is such a rewarding and exciting experience for us all. I would not be where I am today without all prior trials and tribulations. I feel incredibly blessed. to have the opportunities that I have . Each and everyday I get to wake up and go do something that I not only love but it makes other feel amazing. I continue my education monthly in a program called Thrivers society, as well as color and technique monthly classes. Continuing education in my opinion this is a must  to stay relevant in this industry.

 

 Some fun stuff...

When im not in the salon, you will find me in my favorite yoga pants and a T-shirt. i love household projects and watching movies with my husband and kids. I love a good true crime documentary.  I have an undeniable love for all things Elephants, Bacon and Tacos.  I don't like to take myself or life too seriously. I like to enjoy myself and my company.
